How Does It Work?
Convenient Doorstep Delivery
Your photo booth will arrive 1-2 days before your event for easy setup. For a Saturday event, delivery is Thursday/Friday. Free shipping is included with all rentals. We'll handle packing and shipping the booth directly to your event location - no extra fees

Renting a Photobooth Has Never Been Easier!
Getting your photobooth is as simple as 1-2-3:
- Choose your booth options.
- Pick your event date.
- Place your order!
Your photobooth will arrive a few days before your event, ready for effortless setup. No tools required, and setup takes less than 10 minutes. Clear instructions are included, and our friendly phone support team is just a call away if you need assistance.
Enjoy the photobooth until the day after your event. When you're done, pack it up, attach the provided return label, and drop it off at your nearest UPS location.
It's convenience and fun—delivered right to your door!
Event Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the event are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will incur a $50 cancellation fee.
Return Policy
The photo booth must be returned on the first business day following your event:
- For weekend events, this is typically Monday, unless it coincides with a UPS-recognized holiday, in which case the return will be due the next business day.
- For weekday events, the return is due on the following business day.
A late fee of $100 per day, per item may apply if the photo booth or DJ equipment is not returned on time, unless prior arrangements have been made with us.

WiFi Requirement
Our booth requires a WiFi connection to send texts and emails. If WiFi isn’t available at your event location, we’ve got you covered! You can add our hotspot option for just $40, which uses cellular networks to keep your booth connected.
